The Basic Converter comprises a multifunctional tool which enables the rapid creation of a machine program on the basis of geometry information. Data can be imported via any 2 D - DXF file. The corresponding tool-specific technology is applied and made available in ESSI or EIA data format.

The Layout Manager allows convenient and swift layouting with automatic spacing control, also in combination with several tool cars.

The parts list allows entering and management of the parts data. On the printout parts list, entries are set in relation to the parts in the nesting plan. The parts list is automatically saved with the nesting plan and can be called up at any time.

The Data Manager organises and manages cut parts. A variety of filter and sorting options permits swift localisation of certain parts, orders, customers, etc.

This module communicates the times, paths, areas and weights of a nesting plan or parts list.

Fully-automatic real-contour nesting of any geometry, including on remnant plates. AutoNest identifies and automatically creates pairing parts. Independently adjustable nesting criteria enable optimum plate utilisation.

Import: Interface enabling geometries and parts lists to be adopted, incl. DXF parts data. The interface can be configured in ASCII format in line with ESAB specifications.

Export: Information on order and parts tracking incl. parts list data can be depicted, exported and printed.

For programming laser, plasma and oxyfuel bevel aggregates.
Includes automatic generation of corner loops and switching functions based on adjustable criteria. Bevels can be defined as constant or variable.

With direct transfer of geometries into the Layout and/or Data Manager. It includes all standard CAD commands in the 2-D range. Special functions include virtual points, contour analysis, offsetting against contours, data transfer into parts lists, splitting parts groups, text conversion, layer control and standard geometries.
